Roger Ephraims

Managing Director

The Directors and Senior team have been operating care homes and providing consultancy services for many years. We have established a strong reputation for providing a professional service and we are delivering exceptional results under challenging conditions.

Our primary objective is to introduce an effective system of management through which we can improve business performance and at the same time drive up standards of client care. We have a proven track record of restructuring under-performing homes into high quality and commercially successful homes. We do not believe that commercial success should come at the expense of high standards of quality care.

Over the past 20 years our team has operated in excess of 20 homes and carefully handled everything from resolving regulatory and contracting difficulties, arranging continuity of suppliers, book-keeping and monthly management reporting, to recruitment and training of staff and implementation of care quality and management systems.

Specific challenges are faced when taking over a home that has experienced a long-term lack of investment and these are well understood by the ECC team. Our excellent relationship and reputation with the Regulatory bodies has played a key role in enabling us to meet these challenges in a constructive way.

Due to our reputation Mr Roger Ephraims has been a founder member of the West Mindlands Care Association. This association was first inaugerated in 1984 and has now grown in membership to over 500. Mr Roger Ephraims played a pivitol role within the organisation chiefly in the negotiations of fees with Local Authorities as well as consulting operators with solutions on embargos and safeguarding actions.
